Fetch the recording of the part with a person
After the agent handed the call to a person: the recording of that part of the call, as audio/wav (stereo, the caller on the left channel and the person on the right) or audio/mpeg (the carrier's own two-channel recording). Not enveloped. Absent when the agent's transfer setting has recording off, or when nobody took the call.
Requires the read scope. A key with less gets 403 insufficient_scope.
Authorization: Bearer tone_live_… or tone_test_…. The prefix IS the environment: a test key reaches only the sandbox, and no request field bridges the two.

Fetch the recording after a missed transfer
When the person did not take the call and the caller came back to the agent: the recording of the rest of the call, as audio/wav (stereo, the caller on the left channel and the agent on the right). Not enveloped. The part before the handoff is GET /v1/calls/{id}/recording.
