List your SIP trunks
Every trunk in any state. Credentials are never included — see digestUsername for what is.
Requires the read scope. A key with less gets 403 insufficient_scope.
Authorization: Bearer tone_live_… or tone_test_…. The prefix IS the environment: a test key reaches only the sandbox, and no request field bridges the two.

Tone learns to answer for a DID your carrier already delivers to this trunk. Nothing is bought and no rental is charged. The number appears in GET /v1/numbers with provider: sip_trunk, and is released like any other — release stops answering; it does not touch your carrier. 409 if the number is live anywhere on Tone.
